There are good synergies between adaptogens and caffeine - together, they can help us to enjoy the benefits of coffee whilst minimising side effects such as jitters/anxiety by helping to balance our cortisol (stress hormone). We can also enjoy coffee without a crash as adaptogens can help give us sustained energy in our day 💪
Yes, all of our blends contain 80-110mg of caffeine per serving; this is about the same as one regular cup of coffee - caffeine varies naturally in coffee. We love the synergies between adaptogens and caffeine to help us stay balanced and in flow 🧘♀️
We recommend using a large mug with 300ml of hot water per sachet. Add a splash of your favourite milk for a creamy coffee, or enjoy it black if you prefer! Some customers enjoy a stronger brew and use less water, or add more milk or water to suit your taste preference - it’s all about finding what works for you! For a delicious iced adaptogenic coffee in summer, pour 200ml of milk over ice, mix a sachet of your favourite blend with a splash of hot water, and pour it over the milk. For a black iced coffee, use 200ml of cold water instead. Enjoy! 💫😍

We'd recommend 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day, depending on how you feel and what you need. For example, you could enjoy a Flow or Mush Love in the morning to help clear brain fog and have a productive start to the day, and then have a Mojo in the early afternoon for a natural boost or a Zen for calming energy.
We're all unique - listen to your body's cues and find what works best for you! Due to the sustained energy from adaptogens, many of our customers reduce their overall caffeine intake to just 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day 🤗✨
Mush Love contains 160mg of Hifas da Terra organic Lion's Mane extract, with a minimum of 45% beta-glucans, 160mg of Hifas da Terra Cordyceps extract, with at least 5% cordycepin and 25% beta-glucans, and 160mg of Hifas da Terra organic Chaga extract, with a minimum of 45% total glucans.

I normally drink coffee made in my cafetière as I’ve never been keen on the instant brands, but Mush Love has converted me. Please, please do not stop stocking Mush Love - I would be devastated. The only downside is the price, but my subscription is working out at 87p per sachet, so I can live with that."
